WILL IT PASS INSPECTION?
The home inspection process is not about a pass or fail.  This is about providing some objective information for you to make to the best decision in your Oklahoma City home purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
The home inspection process for most homes in and around Oklahoma City depend on the size and features. Features like a crawl space, owner contents in the way, or inaccessible spaces play a role in the time it takes. General be prepared for approximately 3 hrs.
WHAT TO DO WITH THE REPORT?
The report from the home inspection is the client’s privileged information.  It’s up to you to share as appropriate.
